ARAM Academy

As a project controls consultants we have used a number of planning and scheduling software packages for the management of a range of project types and sizes. Our first classical courses were for Primavera SureTrak, P3 and Microsoft Project users. These were well received by professional project managers and schedulers. By the introduction of Primavera Enterprise we decided to develop also a e-learning training and a blended learning environment. This course follows the same proven didactics as the previous courses.

 

 

Background:

This course does not teach you how to use computers or to manage projects. The course is intended to teach you how to use Primavera in a project environment. Therefore, to be able to follow this book you should have the following background knowledge: The ability to use a personal computer and understand the fundamentals of the operating system. Experience using application software, such as Microsoft Office, which would have given you exposure to Windows menu systems and typical Windows functions such as copy and paste. An understanding of how projects are managed, such as the phases and processes that take place over the lifetime of a project.

Each chapter contains a syllabus with an study duration. The total study duration including workshops is 25 hours.

 

 

Exam:

This course contains 5 testes. These are for individual evaluation. But all the attendees have to do these testes. The average score of these testes must 60% or higher. Your e-trainer is monitoring your score. When you have past the tested you will be invited for an exam on your nearest ARAM Academy office.
