Many projects employees struggle with the concepts, calculations and indicators. As a result, regular Earned Value reports arise that are unreliable and important decisions are nevertheless taken. During the course, the process for establishing an Earned Value is run through and all indicators are clearly explained and calculated. You will calculate indicators manually and learn how to interpret them correctly. Your teacher also gives you a look into project management software.
